TF Solutions opens Success for First Choice Group Leeds branch

F Solutions has opened its new Leeds-based branch at City Park Industrial Estate. The 16,500 sq ft unit follows t he already successful model used at TF Solutions’ other
branches in Stockport, Burton on Trent and Dunstable, and will hold in stock the company’s widest range of both air conditioning and refrigeration products.
The Leeds operation is headed up by Phil Houghton who brings over 20 years of experience and product knowledge to the company. Mr Houghton is joined at the new branch by his longstanding team who are already well known in the acr industry.
M r Houghton said: “This is a really exciting opportunity. TF Solutions has been a front runner in the industry for a while now, and the opportunity to join this successful growing business was too good to pass on.”

irst Choice Group has announced the success of its recent ISO 9001 a udit which the company believes
demonstrates its commitment to its customers and the service it delivers. Having successfully transitioned to ISO 9001:2015 certification earlier this year, the objective of the audit, conducted by the British Standards Institute, was to look f or positive evidence that First Choice’s Quality Management System is effective in delivering a service with strong customer focus. The auditor also reviewed the
business’s processes and cu rrent strengths t o highlight further development opportunities for the futu re.
Quality and HR manager, Denise
Whitehouse, said: “Auditors will usually find one or two non-conformities but I’m pleased to say there were no non- conformities raised which is great news for First Choice. The auditor’s report was very positive and its findings underline the commitment we ha ve to ou r customers in meeting their expectations. It is certainly
an incentive for us to continue to seek improvements and strive to further develop the service we offer.”
Among the report’s highlights, First Choice Group was praised for ha ving
“clearly defined company objectives with a f ocus on customer satisfaction.”
Ms Whitehouse added: “Discussions du ring the audit identified opportunities for improvement which will be
implemented in the coming months.” First Choice Group managing director, John Whitehouse, said the audit and its report ha ve fu rther strengthened the company’s resolve to maintain its achievements.
