Our production facilities need to adapt to reflect this increasing global demand. To achieve this, we had to look at making all areas as eficient and productive as possible.” There have also been a number of
key personnel appointments across the UK, USA, China and Belgium ofices. Also, Meech continues to invest in its in-house engineering and R&D capabilities, with newly created roles in the engineering team.
Sidel opens new office in Poland
Sidel has opened a new office in Wrocław, Poland, to offer an improved service to customers in the Central and Eastern Europe area. This comes as part of Sidel’s commitment to better understand its customers’ products and the markets in which they operate. The centre combines technology, services and expertise. Pollard invests in the future P
ollard Boxes has invested nearly £300,000 in enhancements to
its design, manufacturing and testing facilities. A key highlight is the establishment of a new Design and Innovation Hub at the company’s Leicester headquarters to help support, speed up and develop customer projects. In addition, Pollard has installed a new casemaker and a range of climatic and transit testing equipment. Pollard’s Design and Innovation
Hub will provide essential support to customers by providing the constructional expertise to turn initial designs into finished packs. It will also enable Pollard to develop ideas and techniques to help customers introduce new concepts. The hub features the latest CAD
