£300,000 in enhancements to its design, manufacturing and testing facilities and will showcase its extensive abilities in the creation of eye-catching packs with high-end decorative effects that help maximise on-shelf presence and appeal in competitive markets. Designs will focus in particular on the ‘opening


experience’ with the use of different layers in the opening process to instil a sense of excitement for the consumer. Features such as the incorporation of windows into a pack and the use of two opening doors to create a see-through effect for a drinks box will be demonstrated as examples of maximising retail display opportunities. Premium decoration technologies on show will


include thermal embossing, micro embossing, fluted and flat foiling, sparkle and soft velvet effects, multi-colour printing, spot UV varnish, hot foil stamping and lamination.
