Watercrest Senior Living, based in Vero Beach, Florida, announced that its Port St. Lucie, Florida community, Watercrest of St. Lucie West Assisted Living and Memory Care Community, is scheduled to open in late 2017. The community will offer 102 assist- ed living and 26 memory care residences. Additionally, Watercrest celebrated the groundbreaking of Market Street Memory Care Residences in Tampa, Florida. The 64-residence memory care community will open to residents in January 2018.

Atria Senior Living announced that Michael Brown has been named the executive director of Atria at Villages of Windsor in Lake Worth, Florida. Michael Kolesar has been named the community’s sales director. Brown has near- ly 20 years of senior living experience and joined Atria in 1998. Koselar has more than 20 years of hospitality sales and operations experience and has served in sales and train- ing roles with Atria since 2011.
