oped the Michelin-star rating system to reward excellence in restaurants around the world. Earning a Michelin star is one of the most prestigious hon- ors in the industry. Restaurants are not listed in a Michelin guide if they do not earn at least one star. One star means it’s worth a stop if you happen to pass by. Two stars is worth a detour. Three stars means it’s worth the trip itself.
