Xylem to Exhibit Efficient Pumping Solutions at Dublin SEAI Energy Show 2018

Xylem, a leading water solutions technology provider, will be showcasing the latest pump solutions from its Flygt and Lowara brands as well as Xylem’s New HydroInfinity, at the Dublin SEAI Energy Show 2018 on the 18th-19th April.

From the Flygt brand, Xylem will be displaying Flygt Concertor; which is the world’s first wastewater pumping system with integrated intelligence. Flygt Concertor can provide operators with real time feedback, and also has built-in capabilities to adapt to different duty points by automatically adjusting its performance to cope with changing conditions. With additional functionality such as blockage avoidance protocol, self-learning energy efficiency capabilities, and sump and rising main cleaning functionality, Flygt Concertor can save users up to 80 per cent in energy use.

Visitors to the stand will also have the opportunity to see Xylem’s new HydroInfinity Agricultural Series. This is a complete water treatment booster package that provides chemical-free water purification for poultry, bovine and piggery farms. Using H2Ozone patented technologies, the system delivers UV treatment, ozonation and filtration to treat water from a variety of sources - including rain, municipal and ground. The system inactivates all pathogenic organisms from your water supply including E.coli, Cryptosporidium, Salmonella and Legionella, which could reduce the number of antibiotics and vaccines in the food chain and help prevent antimicrobial resistance.

The stand will also include a number of products from Lowara’s ecocirc range, including the ecocirc BASIC, ecocirc PRO, ecocirc XL and XL Plus for HVAC and domestic applications. With features such as ECM technology and a permanent magnet rotor, the ecocirc pumps reduce electricity usage and water consumption, while increasing the pump’s operating life in even the most demanding conditions. An automatic night setback mode, which is also available on some models, improves performance levels by reducing motor power consumption when demand is low. This not only generates further energy savings, but also ensures operational costs are minimised.

Other Lowara technology on display will include the GHV20 Booster Set. This set is fully automatic and provides water supply, water pressure increase and water transfer in, office buildings, hotels, public buildings, industries and other applications. Designed for maximum energy efficiency, the GHV series is easy to program and can communicate with a BMS system via Modbus or BACnet.

Kevin Devine, Business Development Manager - Building Services & Industry, commented: “We are thrilled to be exhibiting at the Dublin SEAI Energy Show this year. It’s a great opportunity for us to showcase our energy efficient pumping solutions, which are suitable for a variety of industries and applications.

“We look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand and will have experts on hand to answer questions, provide crucial advice, and demonstrate our latest equipment.”
