In the era where customer experience is vital to success, many banks are looking to replace their corporate digital platforms to better accommodate those they cater to.

The way forward


One of the banks aiming to refresh their corporate digital banking platform in 2014 was Poland’s ING Bank Slaski, part of ING Group. And while Poland remains geographically distant, you may recognize it as home to mBank and Idea Bank, award-winning financial institutions praised worldwide for their innovations and quick adoption of new technologies.
