NatWest RBS invest in TechXperts
announced an initiative to ensure branch staff are trained to support customers in using online and mobile banking. By the end of April, more than 1,000 NatWest and 200 Royal Bank of Scotland ‘TechXperts’ will be in place, one for every branch in England, Scotland and Wales. They will help customers in setting up and making the most of digital banking and advise them on how to stay secure. Around 10,000 NatWest branch staff and 1,500 Royal Bank of Scotland branch staff will also receive training, in partnership with Freeformers.
