The vendor will be working alongside the bank to implement a “comprehensive” digital transformation of both its retail and corporate banking services in Malaysia. The project is set to begin at the end of February and aims to provide a “simpler but richer banking experience”.

Al Rajhi Bank customers in the region will be able to interact with the bank through, mobile, online and tablet- based banking portals, while a series of pop-up branches are also planned. iGTB will be providing a suite of digital solutions, enabling “fully digitised” customer onboarding and cash management services, to corporate customers, as well as liquidity services including sweeping, pooling, and intercompany lending.
