Frank Senk, AstraZeneca, presented an overview of the Standards Scripts project and deliverables
from the Scripts team. The team had produced great momentum through the Scriptathons during the previous annual PhUSE-CS Symposiums. Team members have set a repository for standard scripts and contributed scripts. Those scripts are aimed at facilitating the preparation of Standard Tables, Listings and Figures (Standard TLFs) on Safety data for submission purposes, based on CDISC standardized data.
A natural point of connection between the Results Metadata team and the Standard Scripts team is that one of the deliverables of the RM team, sample RDF Data Cubes, can serve as the input for deliverables by the Standards Scripts team (scripts to display analysis results as Standard Safety TLFs for submission). In a similar manner, the deliverables of the completed project “Representing CDISC Foundational Standards in RDF” and the current “Representing CDISC Protocol Representation Model in RDF,” plus additional links to the Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP), are expected to be natural sources of metadata linked and represented in the RDF Data Cube to facilitate traceability.
I look forward to continuing to share and collaborate with you in one way or another, in particular at the 2015 PhUSE / FDA-CS Symposium and CDISC Intrachange in March and other CDISC 2015 Events. I encourage you to participate in one of the teams and share the enthusiasm!
