Session 5 Speakers Presenting 1-2 Slides on the Implementation of CDISC Standards in their Organization


What followed the short presentations was perhaps even more beneficial. It can be challenging for attendees to feel comfortable enough to stand amongst their peers and ask questions of a panel---not in this session though! More than Q&A, our audience interacted with the panel, and what had been designed to be a typical Q&A session became more like a friendly and highly collaborative conversation among peers. Questions around the room included methods for working with SDTM and ADaM, utilizing CDASH from the start of studies (which would be the main topic during session 7), the linking of Metadata Repositories to SHARE, and the panel even engaged the audience to ask them to respond on if/how they were implementing SEND. In all, it was a very beneficial and inspiring session!
