CJUG Christmas Party
The China CDISC Coordinating Committee (C3C) continues its growth and support of CDISC by hosting regular seminars and public trainings in various cities throughout China. The Train-the- Trainer program took place in November and when completed, we will have at least two certified Chinese trainers for each CDISC core Standard. The C3C hosted a PhUSE event in Shanghai on 28 November with 90 attendees and co-chaired by Stanley Wei and Simon Wang. Discussions were held on CDISC ADaM standard and TLFs standardization. In addition, C3C started a new weekly media publication (weixin) to promote CDISC data standards and already has 450 subscribers. Of special significance, C3C is part of a C3C-CFDA/CDE-industry-academia working groups (a total of 6: CDASH/SDTM/ADaM/ODM/CT/TCM) which is actively working on a set of new translations to be posted on CDISC China website for public review. A technical proposal is being discussed and will be drafted to submit to China Clinical Trial Data Standard Steering Committee. When approved, it could be used as a basis to develop a guideline for China submission data standard.
Without our CDISC Coordinating Committees, CDISC User Networks and relentless volunteers, CDISC cannot achieve its mission!
