ás de 40 chefs fueron los encargados de sorprender a los más de 140.000 asistentes al encuentro con sus sorprendentes creaciones gastronómicas.


En esta segunda edición, The Alimentaria Experience centró su atención en los jóvenes talentos y las mujeres, sin olvidarse de los cocineros consagrados como Joan Roca, del legendario El Celler de Can Roca de Girona, que pusieron la guinda a un pastel gastronómico de lujo. Durante cuatro días el recinto Gran Vía de Fira de Barcelona se convirtió


en el lugar ideal para probar las últimas tendencias culinarias cocinadas por los mejores chefs del mundo, así como para asistir a las fantasticas clases magistrales de los mismos.


TOMA DE CONTACTO La primera jornada de The Alimentaria Experience demostró todo el potencial que los show- cooking, o las masterclasses nos iban a deleitar durante los siguientes días del encuentro.

For this second running of The Alimentaria Experience, the main focus was on young talent and women, but with many famous chefs also in attendance, such as Joan Roca, from Girona’s legendary El Celler de Can Roca, to put the icing on the luxury gastronomic cake.


For four days, the Gran Via exhibition centre of the Fira de Barcelona was the perfect place to try out the latest culinary trends, cooked by many of the fi nest chefs in the world, with the unmissable opportunity to attend several masterclasses.
