… Y uno de los más concurridos. Multiple Foods ha abierto sus puertas este año y se ha convertido en todo un éxito. Con más de 2.000 empresas dedicadas a los dulces, las conservas, los productos ecológicos, los asociados a la Dieta Mediterránea. También estuvieron presentes aquellas que elaboran uno de los productos más preciados en España, el aceite.
Este espacio ocupó más de 26.500m2
Con todo esto, las grandes marcas no han perdido su protagonismo en Alimentaria. Por supuesto que no. Ese es uno de los grandes atractivos del encuentro que las grandes marcas siempre van a estar presentes. Presentando nuevos productos, consolidando sus relaciones con los distintos agentes del retail…
¿Cómo ha vivido usted la puesta en marcha del salón?
Con muchísima ilusión. Estaba convencido de que iba a ser un éxito. Desde la organización se ha conseguido aglutinar todas las tendencias del mercado. Esta es la prueba de que, si te actualizas y optas por la innovación, todo puede mejorar.

How have you managed the process of implementing the Multiple Foods experience? With a lot of enthusiasm. I was convinced that it was going to be a success and for me it is a highpoint of my career after 25 years working in the sector. Everyone made a great eff ort to make sure all the latest market trends were represented in this single salon. And this is proof that, if you update and embrace
innovation, everything can be improved.
But the big brands have not lost their prominence at Alimentaria?
Not at all! That is one of the great attractions of the event, because the big brands are always going to be present. Showcasing new products and strengthening their relationships with the various retailers…
