The contributions to 'interzum award: intelligent material & design' are assessed by an expert jury. Five
respected and independent international
experts from design and architecture assess the products' design quality and make a final decision concerning the industry award. Thanks to their experience and expertise, a fair assessment with the highest degree of objectivity is ensured. This guarantees both the high quality standard of the competition and the reliability of the award.

LUISA BOCCHIETTO ARCHITECT AND DESIGNER, MILAN, ITALY
Architect and designer Luisa Bocchietto graduated from Milan Polytechnic. As a visiting professor she teaches at various universities and design schools; she takes part in both design conferences and international juries; publishes
articles; and organises exhibitions on architecture and design. From 2008 until 2014 she was National President of the ADI, the Italian Association for Industrial Design. Currently, she is a member of the Icsid Board and is President Elect for the period from 2017 to 2019.
