Omega has appointed Andrew Kite as national sales contract manager. He will be responsible for leading the team of contract managers and kitchen fitting teams for house-build custo mers. Kite has worked in the industry for 10 years. His most recent job was at House of Rohl as national sales manager and before that he managed the projects channel at Franke UK. John Cahill, contract sales director for Omega, said: “Andrew’s appoint ment reflects the successful and continued growth of Omega in the contract market. We are thrilled to welcome him.”

REGINOX
VICKY ALLMAN
Vicky Allman – one of Reginox’s longest-serving staff members – has been promoted to the role of area sales manager for the Midlands region. Allman takes over this role from Rebekah Tomkinson, who has become purchasing and stock control manager after returnin g from maternity leave. Allman’s responsibilities will include developing the Reginox client base across the Midlands, and maintaining customer service. Allman said: “I’m really excited to use the skills and expertise I have gained to benefit the business in my new sales role.”
IDS
GARETH KIRKPATRICK
Gareth Kirkpatrick has been appointed as national sales manager for flooring at IDS. Kirkpatrick will be responsible for helping to drive sales and customer service support to retailers, installers and contractors. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, having worked for brands like Pergo, Karndean and Amtico. Gail Alcock, product director for flooring at IDS, said: “We are delighted to welcome Gareth into the team. His in-depth knowledge of the flooring industry along with his experience makes him a great asset to the business.”
CAPLE
GEMMA REES
Gemma Rees has been appointed as marketing manager at Caple. She will be responsible for the brand and product marketing across the Caple and Maurice Lay bands. Rees has more than 14 years’ experience in various sectors, including FMCG, B2B and B2C with brands like Mars and Newell. She said: “I hope my experience in strategic, digital and activation marketing combined with my PR and communication skills will help to increase traction for Caple’s extensive product range in the UK, Ireland and beyond.”
DURAVIT MATT OAKLEY
AND SIMON BROWN
Duravit Group has appointed Matt Oakley (left) as international specifi- cation manager, and Duravit UK has a new head of projects, Simon Brown. Based in the UK, Oakley will oversee the development of the brand in international projects. He has previously held a similar position at both Dornbracht and Vado. Brown will be responsible for the strategy and growth of the project sector at Duravit UK. His role will include managing the project pipeline and the development of the brand’s project partners.

WEX TRADE CHRIS WALKER AND MARK BARON
Chris Walker (left) and Mark Baron have joined the southern sales team at Wex Trade as business development man a gers in newly created roles. Walker – who has a background in kitchen design after spending 15 years with Wickes – will cover the South- West. Baron also has experience in the sector, having previously worked as a self-employed kitchen fitter. Head of sales Ryan Smith said: “Both new appointments bring something to the Wex Trade sales team that we haven’t previously had.”
ABODE
ANNETTE WENSLEY AND VICTORIA HATTON
Annette Wensley (left) and Victoria Hatton have joined Abode as area sales managers. Wensley will cover the London area, while Hatton’s territory is the North and Scotland. Wensley has experience in the bathroom industry having held roles at Samuel Heath, M. Marcus, Swadling Brassware and Hurlingham Baths. Hatton has a background in showroom bathroom design. She has also held senior account management roles within the digital marketing sector.
MOORES LEE WALTON
British furniture manufacturer Moores has promoted Lee Walton to customer services manager within its retail channel. Walton has been part of the manufacturing business for 15 years and is described by Moores as an integral part of the team. He came to the company with a wealth of experience delivering exceptional customer service and has built on that during his time at Moores. Walton said: “I am looking forward to leading the retail team as we continue our pursuit of service excellence.”
