Cytec Industries has started up a new stabilizers production line at Fengxian near Shanghai in China. It will produce a range of products including Cytec’s latest Cyasorb Cynergy Solutions V703 stabilizer for Automotive TPO compounds. The additive provides
enhanced UV protection to plastics for interior and exterior parts. It has low VOC levels and minimises fogging, while improving the durability
of soft-touch TPO components in car interiors. l Cytec has also announced the launch of its new Cyasorb Cynergy Solutions B877 light stabilizer for applications in the building and construction industry. It can be used to improve the UV and thermal stability of TPO roofing materials and polyolefin shingles, siding, shutters and trim products. ❙
