The third Compounding World Forum is being hosted by Compounding World magazine and Applied Market Information (AMI) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA on 8-9 December 2015. It will build on the considerable success of last year’s
event, which was a sell-out with more than 310 attendees and over 50 exhibitors. Focusing on the latest market and technology trends
for technical compounders, the two-day conference will cover many of Compounding World magazine’s most popular themes in a live format. This will provide a rare opportunity to learn fi rst-hand about these important developments as well as discussing them with key players from throughout the supply chain. The packed conference programme features 22
expert speakers, including senior managers from leading global compounders, as well as innovative raw materials suppliers and machinery manufacturers. Andy Beevers, the publisher of Compounding World magazine, will chair the conference and will also give the opening paper on changes in the global compound- ing industry. Using data from AMI Consulting, he will analyse global market trends and help to set the scene for the conference. Beevers has been writing, editing and publishing magazines about the international plastics industry for more than 25 years and he led the launch of Compound- ing World magazine seven years ago. He’s therefore well positioned to provide an overview of industry developments.
