The system will also allow Kaeser to introduce a predictive maintenance option to reduce servicing costs. The company will also show its new CSD/CSDX series of rotary screw compressors. The five models in the two ranges feature Kaeser’s Super Premium Efficiency IE4 motors with rated capacities between 45 and 90kW. The five models cover flow rates from 8.3 to 16.1 m³/min (at 8.5 bar) and are configured for pres- sures up to 15 bar. The energy-saving Secotec TF and TE series refrigeration dryers will also be exhibited. ❙

Koch-Technik will launch its Duo vacuum conveying system concept, which is described as a cost effective option for feeding plastic granulates to two injection moulding machines or material dryers. Each Duo conveying system consists of a frame with a vacuum generator and control system as well as two material hopper loaders with hoppers allowing material through-
puts of between 120 to 340 kg/h. In contrast to the company’s standalone conveyors, the Duo systems have just one three-phase vacuum generator, which allows them to provide similar performance at a more favourable price. Koch-Technik says the target group for the Duo
