Hello and welcome to the February edition of Tomorrow’s FM. It’s great to see the days are finally getting longer and the world is starting to look a little less grey; we are coming to you on Valentine’s Day so hopefully this issue finds you in good spirits!
This month, we are looking at Cleaning, ahead of the Cleaning Show in March we’ve some topical updates and coverage from the industry to get you prepared from the London event, and speaking of events, you will also find our Facilities Management 2017 preview in this issue.
Elsewhere, we have a new section for 2017; Construction & BIM. Although we have previously covered BIM in our IT sections, we feel that it is now deserving of its own feature section; clearly you agree as the pages filled at an unprecedented rate, so I hope you will find it engaging.
In a re-imagination of an old favourite, we have amalgamated our Vending & Water Coolers and Catering sections, into a new and improved Food & Drink Services feature. Meanwhile we see the return of an old faithful in our Training & CPD segment.
We also have the usual industry insights from Liz Kentish, Styles&Wood’s Graham Perry, whilst our HR Focus this month debates whether the employee or the employer should be responsible for staff CPD.
