RECRUITMENT RBJ CONTRACTS MANAGER


We are a leading commercial carpet and flooring company and a premier installer for Altro Whiterock. We require an experienced Contracts Manager with construction industry specific knowledge gained in a similar role. As a flooring contractor, we work for a number of prestigious blue chip end users and both national and local builders and are now seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team to facilitate our continued growth.


PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To plan and organise various multiple-sized contracts from order placement through to completion including ensuring H&S requirements are met, managing labour, ordering materials and ensuring projects are run efficiently to deadlines.


ROLE REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication and people skills are required, with the ability to deal with both corporate clients and fitters. You will also need to have skills in the following areas:


WOOD FLOORING & ACCESSORIES


• IT skills, using Excel spread sheets, Word documents and email • Ability to run several contracts • Sound commercial knowledge of problem solving • CSCS and SSMTS • Minimum of three years’ experience • First Aid certificate would be advantageous
