Resin Surfaces Ltd (RSL) is a UK leading specialist manufacturer of resin floor and wall finishes and has enjoyed 26% growth in the last 12 months.


The company’s products are sold and installed worldwide from their Stockport base, driven by a passion for innovation, technical excellence and quality across the board.


Here is their story:


RSL was set up in 1982 and has been based at its current head office and manufacturing site in Hazel Grove since 1995.


During the last four decades they have developed an extensive range of primers, epoxy resin floor coatings, epoxy resin floor screeds and self-smoothing finishes, polyurethane floor coatings, polyurethane floor screeds and self-smoothing finishes, wall coatings, anti-static flooring systems, cleaning and maintenance products.


Managing Director Ivy Wroe leads the firm, employing 32 people. In 2014 RSL has enjoyed a fantastic year of growth which has taken turnover past £6million for the first time.


Ivy commented: “We have managed to strengthen relationships with existing business, as well as attract new customers, giving us a great platform to sustain the growth. I am confident we are on track for our £7million turnover target by 2016.”


RSL is now looking forward to another exciting year which will bring


a number of product launches, significant investment in production equipment and possibly more additions to the team.
