It Pays to Go Green
In the 10 years since it opened its head office in Royal Leamington Spa (RLS), Wolseley UK has
introduced a series of measures to minimise the environmental impact of its business, reduce
energy consumption and eliminate waste. As well as contributing to its environmental objectives, this activity has had a considerable – and beneficial –
impact on the company’s bottom line, proving that it can pay to go green.
In the past decade, improvements in waste minimisation and recycling, energy reduction and consumption and water conservation have been made at the firm’s head office site
