Our simple, practical four-stage process keeps to a minimum the administrative burden upon the organisations we work with. During our four stage process we:
1. Define – ESOS Scoping consultation (which includes an ESOS Scoping meeting, examination of the Total Energy Consumption data and agreement upon the ESOS compliance route)
2. Measure – Appoint Lead Assessor and conduct energy audits (which could include implementation of ISO 50001, Display Energy Certificates or Green Deal assessments).
3. Recommendation (cost saving opportunities are produced)
4. Report – ESOS Report Compliance (findings are presented to the organisation and signed off by the directors, as required by legislation. Compliance is notified to the Environment Agency and an ESOS evidence pack is presented to the organisation.)
We have a competent and approved team of ESOS specialists at the disposal of organisations working with us. Throughout the journey to compliance we operate closely with the people responsible for ESOS within an organisation, ensuring they are kept up-to-date and are fully aware of next steps, when meetings will take place and audits undertaken. We also produce an evidence pack, which shows just how the ESOS audit and assessment was carried out. Importantly, the process ensures energy and cost saving opportunities are identified which can hugely benefit an organisation’s bottom line.
