THE CLEANING INDUSTRY MANAGEMENT STANDARD (CIMS)
CIMS is the first consensus-based management standard that allows contract cleaning companies to differentiate themselves from competitors through demonstrating a commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, continual operational improvement, and best use of resources.
By complying with the requirements of CIMS as certified by ISSA - the worldwide cleaning industry association - and supported by BICS Business Services, an organisation’s cleaning department is uniquely prepared to improve the efficiency and overall performance of its services.
“Training to become an Industry Certification Expert equips attendees with the critical knowledge and skills needed to help organisations meet demands from the highest management levels and achieve CIMS certification.”
- Keith Baker, Director of EMEA Services at ISSA.
