RP ADAM EXPANDS UK CUSTOMER
SUPPORT TEAM RP Adam Ltd (Arpal Group) has significantly expanded its UK-wide customer support team with the announcement of five new field posts.
The company has appointed five Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) across the UK regions – namely South Coast and South West London, North London, North East England, the Isle of Wight and Bradford.

OLTEC FM WINS MAJOR NEW CONTRACT IN WEST
YORKSHIRE Oltec FM has won a contract to provide all cleaning services to Trinity Walk shopping centre in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
The three-year deal involves 30 highly trained cleaning operatives working across the centre, which has more than 55 stores.
The new deal expands Oltec's current role at the site, adding cleaning to the successful security service they already provide and allowing the business to deliver a more efficient service at Trinity Walk.
John Edwards, Facilities Management Director at Oltec FM said: “The new contract allows us to integrate all our services, meaning staff at the centre work smarter and we can offer a more efficient and effective service to Trinity Walk.
“We have used our significant experience in the cleaning and retail sectors to ensure we can add value to our existing service provision. This new contract adds to the large

number of other retail developments in our portfolio, including Grand Central Birmingham, The Light Leisure Scheme in Leeds and Trident Retail Park in Runcorn.”
Cormac Hamilton, Centre Manager of Trinity Walk, added: “We strive to offer the best service possible to shoppers and Oltec’s expertise is key to helping us provide this. Having one experienced team managing all our security and cleaning requirements makes complete sense and allows us to draw upon the significant experience Oltec FM staff have across many different facilities management disciplines.”
Oltec FM, founded in 1974, provides integrated building and facilities management services to a range of
sectors across the UK. The business has recently been accredited by the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) to train and assess all cleaning staff to the highest international standards.
Described as the most important city centre development for more than 20 years, Trinity Walk opened in 2011 with major stores, including Sainsbury’s and Debenhams, and retailers such as Next, New Look, Topshop and H&M.
The shopping centre has gone from strength to strength since opening, with 11.22m visitors in 2015, making the city centre a thriving sub-regional shopping destination.

customer support forms part of the company’s five-year investment and growth programme launched to mark RP Adam’s 125th anniversary, which sets out a £20million turnover target to be reached by 2020.
The company’s business model has created a system whereby the main responsibility of its CSRs is to cultivate and maintain dependable and trustworthy relationships. They are also trained to take on routine engineering tasks to ensure all dispensing units are functioning correctly, being used in the right way with the correct chemical and the correct dose.
