GET STREETWISE WITH GRADUS Contract interiors specialist Gradus has designed a new range of carpet tiles, available in complementary colours, which can be combined to create interesting and contemporary floor schemes.


Streetwise Design is an attractive textured loop pile carpet tile with a random design, suitable for a wide range of environments including commercial office and education.


Streetwise Design comprises ‘Streetwise Originals’ and ‘Streetwise Brights’. Streetwise Originals include five neutral colours; Iron, Flint, Coal, Clay and Slate and Streetwise Brights include four highlight colours; Green, Blue, Orange and Red; each of which are formed with a bright accent colour on a grey base.


Karen Burman, Designer and Product Manager for Gradus Carpets, commented: “Streetwise Design carpet tiles are designed to be installed randomly which offers versatility and ease of installation.


“The range provides creativity and the opportunity to produce interesting and bespoke floor schemes. The colours within the range are complementary and can therefore be used together zonally to create feature areas or to emphasise particular zones within a building, such as breakout areas, seating areas, boardrooms and walkways.”


Streetwise Design is produced with 100% solution dyed nylon yarn in textured loop pile construction and is available in tile format. The range has a 12-year wear warranty and 10-year anti-static warranty and is BREEAM certified.


The Streetwise Design range works well with the Emphasis carpet tile range and also with the colour Jet Stream, from the Stratus carpet tile range; these products can be combined to create unique floor designs.
