Hello and welcome to the October issue of Tomorrow’s Contract Floors!
I hope you’re all good and well-rested after this year’s jam-packed Flooring and Tiling Show.
With over 3000 visitors, the 2016 show was the most successful yet with hundreds of exhibitors and lots of things going on to keep visitors entertained. If you missed it, don’t worry as we have a detailed review to keep you up-to-date with the latest products and innovations that were launched there.
One company that turned heads at the show was F. Ball, as it launched its latest product- Styccobond F49 Hybrid PS. We have a few features from F. Ball this month as we see their levelling compound put to use, as well as a case study at a children’s hospital in Glasgow.
As well as F. Ball, we also have case studies and expert comment from various other names in our dedicated feature sections: Hospitals, Levelling Compounds, and Underfloor Heating. In our Hospital section, we take a look at an interactive flooring innovation that can make hospital experiences more enjoyable. Investigating levelling compounds, we take a look at an underground car park in Finland where a self-levelling flooring system from Flexcrete was trusted to provide a durable and attractive solution. We also have features on underfloor heating, including specialist advice on tiling over underfloor heating, as well as the latest report on the underfloor heating market from AMA Research.
