Clean Room Station Provides Particle-Free Air for Industry and Research Workplaces Spetec GmbH in Erding is presenting a new product in the fi eld of clean room technology. With CleanBoy®
clean room conditions at any workplace at little investment cost.
The need for extremely clean conditions is becoming ever more important in research and production as well as during service operations. The aim of clean room technology is to remove particles of a diameter of 0.12 µm or larger from a defi ned space in which the most exacting cleanliness standards guarantee a reliable workfl ow. This can be achieved using a clean room module from the SuSi®
(Super Silent) series which is positioned
directly above the work area. Exceptionally pure, fi ltered air is then passed over the work area. While the normal indoor atmosphere contains somewhere between 9,000 and 15,000 particles per litre, the use of clean room technology reduces this to a mere 3 particles per litre.
Parts or components produced in the mechanical engineering, electronics, optoelectronics, medical or biotechnology industries can be assembled or stored with exceptional reliability. A mobile, wheel-mounted version of the CleanBoy®
makes it possible to transport the unit to different locations within the company. It is also possible to adapt the dimensions to meet the requirements of problematic workplaces. The use of the CleanBoy® in large walk-in spaces results in a defi ned area in which practically no more particles can be detected. The unit is available in table-top and fl oor-standing versions. It requires no installation work and is ready for use immediately after delivery.

Fritsch Cutting Mills are ideal for size reduction of soft to medium-hard, tough-elastic and fi brous materials. The samples are comminuted by cutting and shearing forces, and the selected sieve cassette determines the desired fi nal fi neness. Various knife geometries and replaceable blades ensure maximum fl exibility and durability.
The compact Fritsch high-performance Cyclone separator, which is made completely out of stainless steel 304, is particularly indispensable in the analytical sector and the food and pharmaceutical industries. Due to its high surface quality, it offers enhanced resistance to corrosive media such as alkalis and acids, but particularly to media containing chlorides, and is especially easy to clean with a wide range of possible cleaning agents, without leaving any residues. The Cyclone separator can also be fully dismantled, meaning that it can be completely emptied, fl ooded and sterilised. Your advantage: reliable protection against cross-contamination.
While you are still tightening the screws on other mills, your Fritsch Cutting Mill is already clean, because the entire grinding chamber can be opened easily in seconds and both the rotor and the sieve cassette can be removed with simple motions. Only with Fritsch Cutting Mills it is possible to lift open the entire top part of the housing as well as the door. In fact, the door can be completely removed. The rotor of the Fritsch Cutting Mills can be removed easily without tools and for quick cleaning in between it can be turned by hand, when the mill is open.
Fritsch offers 6 different models of Cutting Mills with comprehensive accessories, a maximum feed size from 70 x 70 mm – 120 x 85 mm, a maximum throughput from 50 l/h up to 85 l/h, a fi nal fi neness from 0.2 – 20 mm and rotational speeds from 300 – 3400 rpm.
