A Hidden Gem

Described by many as a hidden gem, Pennymoor Caravan and Camping Park sits in the centre of the South Hams countryside with panoramic views of Dartmoor and the Devon countryside. With its fascinating market and coastal towns and glorious beaches just short drives away, Pennymoor is the ideal base for your south Devon family holiday. Pennymoor is welcoming, spacious and with no clubhouse on site, is a particular favourite for all those who seek the assurance of a peaceful, carefree holiday with many families returning year after year. Visitors find it heartening to discover members of the same family remain the owners and have run the holiday park on a day to day basis since 1935, following in the footsteps of their grandparents. Indeed, 86 year old Richard Blackler, (pictured middle row on left) whose mother established the site, is still very much involved with the running of the Park.

The Park's fleet of two and three bedroom rental caravans are very well equipped, each having everything you need to make it a "home from home". Most caravans are pet free, but some are reserved for well behaved pets and their owners. Holiday homes for sale are also available on request. Pennymoor offers plenty of space for touring caravans, motorhomes and tents, with all the facilities required to ensure a relaxed stay. Service points, motorhome service point and electrical hook-ups are available; well equipped amenities blocks with baby changing stations, hairdryer, undercover dishwashing facilities and laundry, all with free hot water. Wifi is available across the site. The Park also has a children's equipped play area and a well stocked shop.

So, with everything you could need to make the most of your stay, all you need to do is soak up the tranquil atmosphere whilst enjoying the breathtaking views and sunsets.
