Meditation in Movement At this workshop you will participate in some exercises that quickly release the physical and mental tensions that are caused by stress. The exercises will culminate in a very eff ective meditation. Dance-a-Thon at the University Come and kick start spring with a fun- fi lled evening of dance for all ages and abilities. The event will begin at 5pm with demonstrations from at least 10 diff erent incredibly talented dance groups including the likes of; Dancefest, Kui De Tang Praying Mantis Kung Fu School and Just Latin salsa.
