SeaWorld offers virtual reality coaster experience

SeaWorld is to launch the first virtual reality ride in Florida next summer, giving guests on its existing Kraken rollercoaster the chance to feel like they are shooting through the ocean.


Riders wearing the optional headsets will see mythical and prehistoric creatures including the mighty Kraken, but die-hard rollercoaster fans can opt out of wearing the headsets. Kraken’s upgrade is the highlight of a $175 million investment in SeaWorld’s new attractions set to open next summer. A new Orca Encounters

Air Canada Rouge offers Gatwick-Vancouver route


Air Canada Rouge will fly three times a week from Gatwick to Vancouver from next summer.
