Complementary Therapy Centre was born. The idea was to expand our service with products that helped peoples’ wellbeing: the essential oils, crystals and gifts were joined by colour therapy, music therapy, healing CDs, books on health and wellbeing and, of course, Findhorn Flower Essences! While, of course, continuing to provide good quality, healthy food, in a beautiful environment.


Working long hours to turn The George’s into a profitable restaurant business, Lesley and Kay always maintained their interest in natural healing; essential oils, crystals and spirituality. Indeed, this is what kept them sane. It was during a period of extreme exhaustion that inspiration struck, and The Pembrokeshire Primrose Company was born. They started to bottle their own essential oils, transformed the pub-style bar into a café area and began to sell essential oils, crystals and a small amount of crystal jewellery. It always seemed that The George’s itself was encouraging them onwards. The dining area was expanded and so did business.


The George’s café became more and more popular, as did the shop and the whole building became a veritable Aladdin’s cave, decorated in mirrors, with beautiful gift items for sale.

The George’s has evolved immensely over the last eighteen years. It can honestly be said that stocking Findhorn Flower Essences and being in contact with Findhorn has been extremely beneficial on this journey. Kay says she would find it difficult to survive without Psychic Protection, Femininity and First Aid and has recommended flower essences to many customers who’ve always given positive feedback. All The George’s staff use the essences, so much so that Lesley has asked Marion if it is possible to produce the combination essences in larger bottles. We’re all doing our best and Findhorn Flower Essences help us along the way.

Heart Support System Inc. was established in 1991 and we produce our own brand of Japanese flower essences, Mount Fuji. Japan is a very small country, and in those early days people did not know about flower essences and there were no books about them.


As we greatly admire and respect flower essences, and have tried many essences from around the world, we began looking for flower essence brands to distribute in Japan.
