Based on one site in Poole, Aish has full engineering, manufacturing and installation capability that supports its customers from concept design through to installed products. The management is committed to developing its 240 employees and delivering success.
The judging panel’s view
Sean Kelly, partner of Pitmans, explained the Solent award-winning success of Aish Technologies. “This company was chosen as our winner because the judges were impressed with the extraordinary growth of this business, which has reached a market position at the forefront of its sector. The company continues to pave the way, using cutting-edge technology including CO₂ lasers and 3D printers, and has a coveted place as a supplier to the Royal Navy.”

Lloyd Bates, MD of Aish Technologies: “In the past few years we have grown from £14.2 million to £18.7m last year, 30% growth, and this year we should do £21.5m, another 15% growth.
