£43m sale of Liberata UK Limited to OUTSOURCING Inc


Moore Blatch advised the management team on the £43 million sale of one of the UK’s largest outsourcing companies, Liberata, to Japanese listed outsourcer, OUTSOURCING Inc. The transaction completed in just 5 weeks from the signing of the heads of agreement to completion.


£57m sale of Trustmarque Solutions Limited to Capita


Moore Blatch advised the management team on the £57 million sale of software and cloud technology solutions provider Trustmarque Solutions Limited to Capita.


Sale of Opus Telecom to Nix Communications


Moore Blatch advised the shareholders of Opus Telecom Ltd and its subsidiary Phipps Communications Ltd on the company’s sale to the NIX Communications Group.


The deal doubled the size of NIX Communications Group and takes its turnover to nearly £12 million a year.


£13m sale of Modrus Limited to Nasstar plc


Moore Blatch advised the shareholders on the sale of IT and telecoms provider Modrus Limited to Nasstar plc for £13 million.


Acquisition of Corney & Barrow Bars Limited by Drake & Morgan Limited


Moore Blatch acted for leading bar and restaurant chain Drake & Morgan Limited on its acquisition of London wine bar and restaurant operator Corney & Barrow Bars Limited


Sale of WKB Waterlooville Limited to Snows Business Holdings


Moore Blatch advised the shareholders on the sale of the company, which operates Nissan and Toyota car dealerships at sites in Waterlooville and Chichester, to Snows Business Holdings Limited
