The Empowerment Experience for Teens
Our mission is to provide teenagers with awareness and exposure that will empower them to make successful decisions in life. We believe the more aware the teens become of everyday life situations and the more exposure they get to what’s happening in our world, the more confident they will become in achieving their own personal dreams and aspirations.
Serving as hostesses at the DSI Black Pages Showcase was an opportunity for the teens to meet business owners and
professionals who are thriving in their field of expertise and who are making a positive contribution to our society. Finding opportunities like these are at the core of our program. T.E.X.T is held on the 1st Saturday of each month from 9am until noon at Exalted Word Ministries Church in Seffner. T.E.X.T participants are also served free lunch during each session.
