DR. WILLIAM F. MARSH is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, and a 1970 graduate of the School of Dentistry at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He served with distinction as a dentist in the U. S. Air Force with the rank of Captain. Dr. Marsh then entered Howard University in Washington, D.C., where he completed the specialty training required to become a Certified Orthodontist in 1974. After graduation, he served as an instructor in the Department of Orthodontics at Howard University.


After moving to Florida, Dr. Marsh became a Senior Public Health Dentist and served more than 25 years with the Polk County Health Department. As a weekly newspaper columnist for 10 years, Dr. Marsh wrote more than 400 published articles about dentistry and dental care. Dr. Marsh started his orthodontic specialty practice in Tampa, Florida in 1975. Since that time, he has received numerous honors from his peers and the community for his achievements.


Dr. Marsh has met the exacting requirements for membership in the American Association of Orthodontics and the American Dental Association. He is a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontics and a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Dentistry. Dr. Marsh also maintains active membership in numerous other national, state, and local dental organizations.

Ellis Hodge, a retired Air Force Reservist, was born and raised in Valdosta, Georgia. As a man committed to excellence, Apostle Hodge went on to attend various colleges and universities, obtaining a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and an Honorary Doctorate Degree. Having served within the church for many years, Apostle Hodge was called to preach in 1990 and later founded the Word of Life Fellowship Church in 1998. Since his call to ministry, Apostle Hodge has traveled to southeast Africa ministering God’s Word and healing power. He has also spearheaded several projects, including the Call the Man Home Ministry (2005-2012), E.R.H. Bible Crusade Ministries, Inc., and Life Christian University the Pinellas Campus.


First Lady Terry Hodge, a graduate of Bethune-Cookman University, is a teacher by trade. With more than 30 years of experience as an educator in Pinellas County, Terry uses her God-given gift to develop women for Christ. As founder of the Naomi and Titus 2 Covenant Alliance Ministries, Terry has implemented a plan to restore older women to their position as teachers of good things, based on the biblical character Naomi and the Titus 2:3 woman. In addition, she chairs the Annual Naomi Red Carpet Recognition Brunch, held in May. This community-wide event recognizes women, ages 50+, who exemplify God and serve as role models for others to follow.

Jeannette Bradley is the CEO for Tampa Hillsborough Action Plan Inc., a nonprofit human services organization serving the residents of Hillsborough and Polk counties in economic empowerment and education, housing, and healthcare since 1987. Born in Watertown, New York, Jeannette is a product of the Hillsborough County School system with over 25 years combined experience in working in the human services field as a social services professional, a community-based life and academic coach, and as a human resources corporate executive. As CEO for Tampa Hillsborough Action Plan, Inc., Ms. Bradley is charged with reinvigorating the company’s mission using 21st century strategies for sustaining nonprofit organizations and rebuilding communities through community empowerment. Jeannette served the last 10 years as an independent HR Consultant and community-based Life and Academic Coach partnering with parents and school administrators in low performing schools to help children and teens navigate the school system for successful entry into college. She continues to partner with Hillsborough Community College and Middleton High School to increase the number of college-bound seniors in each MHS graduating class.


Jeannette has an AA degree from Hillsborough Community College, a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and is currently completing the Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management at the University of Tampa. Jeannette is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and HR Tampa and holds a CTA Certification (Coach Training Alliance). She received the ATM-B (Advanced Toastmaster-Bronze) by Toastmasters International.
