In the spring of 2015, Lyric decided she wanted to try her hand at making candy apples. She had gone to several birthday parties for friends and thought some type of sweets besides cake should be offered. Lyric remembered how long the lines were for candy apples at the state fair when she went and decided she wanted to make them. With guidance from Tammi, she researched videos, recipes and contacted candy makers across the country to find the best taste.
Today, Lyric makes not only candy apples, but chocolate and caramel apples, candy popcorn, chocolate covered Oreos and Rice Krispie treats and more.
