Estrellita “Lo” Berry, M.A, serves as President and CEO of REACHUP, Inc., a community non-profit whose mission is to advocate for and mobilize resources to help communities achieve equality in healthcare and positive health for families. Additionally, Lo is an Affiliate Faculty member of the University of South Florida, College of Public Health, Department of Community and Family Health. She is also Project Director and Principal Investigator for Central Hillsborough (Federal) Healthy Start.


Lo serves on the Boards of Hillsborough County Healthy Start Coalition, March of Dimes, Florida Bay Division and FL Pregnancy-Associated Mortality Review (PAMR). Lo has co-authored numerous publications including Healthy Start Program and feto-infant morbidity outcomes: Evaluation of program effectiveness (Maternal and Child Health Journal) and Community-Academic partnerships to reduce black-white disparities in infant mortality in Florida (Progress in Community Health Partnerships: Research, Education, And Action). With a commitment to increasing health equity as well as reducing infant mortality and eliminating disparities, Lo and a second member of her team have been invited to become members of the National Health Equity Institute sponsored jointly by PolicyLink and the University of South Florida, College of Public Health. Lo is a member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Gamma Theta Omega Chapter.


Lo received her undergraduate degree in Clinical Psychology and Masters in Education and Community Counseling at the University of Evansville, Evansville Indiana. She is a wife and mother to a son.

Clinton Paris is the founder of the Law Office of Clinton Paris, P.A., which provides legal representation in Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Community Association, and Probate and Estate matters. Mr. Paris grew up in West Tampa, graduated from Jefferson High School, earned a finance degree at USF, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Juris Doctor of Law from Stetson University of College of Law.


Mr. Paris began his legal career at several local, state and national firms, and served as an Assistant City of Tampa Attorney under Mayor Pam Iorio. After private practice and government service, Mr. Paris launched the Law Office of Clinton Paris to serve the Tampa Bay community. The firm prides itself on service.


Mr. Paris’ bar memberships include the American Bar Association, National Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, and George Edgecomb Bar Association (past president). His civic activities include TOBA, Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Sherriff’s Black Advisory Committee, and City of Tampa Human Rights Board Hearing Master. Mr. Paris has been recognized for his service to the community and commitment to helping others. He and wife Samanthia are the parents of two children.

Lillia Maria Stroud is the Director of King’s Kids Academy of Health Sciences (KKAHS). KKAHS is a public school of choice, privately owned and governed by Tampa Bay Community and Family Development Corporation which also d/b/a Bethesda Ministries. The school exists to provide children of all backgrounds and performance levels with access to rigorous academic instruction and expanded opportunities for positive growth and development. KKAHS was founded on the principal that “ALL students CAN learn” and strives to not only meet each student’s academic needs, but each family’s social needs as well to assure this principal becomes a tangible reality.


Mrs. Stroud is a longtime resident of the Bay Area and graduate of East Bay Senior High School. Maria holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Springfield College – School of Human Services as well as a Master of Sciences from Nova Southeastern University in Education and Leadership. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Conflict Resolution from Nova Southeastern University.


Maria is married to her high school sweetheart, Philip Stroud. The couple resides in Riverview, Florida with their two beautiful children Ja’Mari 14 and Ya’Nia Stroud 11.
