LaTia is the Chief Private Investigator of Truth Validators of Florida, LLC (TVOF). TVOF is a mega full service investigation agency headquartered in Largo, Florida. TVOF serves employers by providing pre-employment background checks, internal workplace investigations, workers’ compensation investigations, and more.
LaTia has dual careers. LaTia is a subject matter expert (SME) with over 18 years of combined experience in the field of private investigations and human resources. LaTia began her human resources career as a HR assistant and fast-tracked her way into a HR manager role with a fortune 500 company. LaTia started her private investigations career as a PI intern and is now licensed as a Private Investigator by the State of Florida. LaTia was introduced to performing pre-employment background checks and workplace investigations early in her career(s). LaTia is currently working in human resources and fruitfully leading TVOF (full service investigation agency). LaTia holds an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
LaTia enjoys church, spending time with family, tennis, reading, traveling, and shopping. LaTia describes herself as a vivacious woman of God.

Reverend Larry L. Roundtree II is a native of Lakeland, Florida, born to Deacon Larry L. Roundtree, Sr. and the late Sister Cora Roundtree. Raised in a home with Christian values and strong ethics, he received his primary Christian education at Greater St. Paul Missionary Baptist Institutional Church, under the leadership of Dr. N.S. Sanders.
He is a 1997 graduate of Lakeland Senior High School and subsequently attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. In 2001, Reverend Roundtree married the former Sameya Porter. They are the proud parents of 5 children:
Marra, Tyree, Aria, Larry III (Bishop Jr.), and Aryah.
He was licensed in February of 2002 and officially appointed as Youth Pastor at Greater St. Paul. In 2009, Reverend Roundtree was called as Pastor of the New Antioch Missionary Baptist Church of Loughman, Florida.
In 2013, he was called as the Pastor of the New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church of Tampa, Florida Inc. The church serves the community by providing free food, toiletries and clothing twice a month. Ministries have been implemented to serve the men, women, young adults and youth of the church. Attendance and giving have increased, which allows the church to make a greater impact in the community to the glory of God. The church liquidated the debt on the life center and has purchased vehicles and adjacent properties to better serve the membership and surrounding community.
Pastor Roundtree's ultimate desire is to lead New Mt. Zion to “Change the World through the L.O.V.E. of Christ; One Soul at a Time”.
