Executive at Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, said: “Our training has evolved as industry needs have changed. Ten years ago, companies had no problem sending their staff out for a whole day or a couple of days a week for training, but that’s no longer the case. So, we not only offer the courses employers want to see, but are flexible in delivery – we can provide training sessions that last a couple of hours or cover one specific skill as opposed to a whole range. “One of the advantages of the


Chamber is that our membership covers virtually every skill you can dream of, so we can usually address any issue. If someone wanted training in a niche area we could develop a tailored programme to meet those specific needs.”
