22 focus on maidenhead Eastmonds: Proactive. Intelligent. Candid

At Eastmonds we pride ourselves on working with business owners and management teams to help deliver their personal and corporate goals, writes Lorna Walkden of Eastmonds

Eastmonds is an accountancy practice that has been established in Maidenhead for 19 years; however there has been a lot of change over the past nine months. The practice merged with Grey and Green, a Yorkshire-based firm last July, and Sarika Bhimjiani has joined as a new associate.

We thoroughly enjoy getting the basics right so whether it’s a VAT return, payroll or a personal tax return you need help with, we will be delighted to help. However if you need more comprehensive support with your business, be it outsourced accounting, fund raising or a strategic partner to help with making important decisions, we have the breadth of experience to help.

We use this broad experience and skills to deliver intelligent services focused on your needs and we work proactively to find opportunities and solutions that

meet these needs. Our candid approach ensures you understand the information we produce and the advice we give.

Services we offer include:

• Strategic planning • Challenging your thinking

• Cashflow management and planning

• Unlimited support and help • Payroll • Remuneration planning • Bookkeeping • Management accounts • Year-end accounts • Corporation tax • Personal tax.

The merger with Grey and Green brought the addition of two new partners in Chris Sellars and Mark Stanley. Their addition ensures continuity for the business and

brings a broad range of corporate finance, consultancy and advisory skills to the practice.

Recent examples of work completed by the team include the £3 million refinancing of a commercial property portfolio, the raising of £150,000 of start-up equity, the sale of 50% of an IT business and the management buyout of a manufacturing business.

Following the merger we have recently launched our new website www.eastmonds.co.uk. The new website embodies exactly what we do. Like us, it’s clear, straightforward and gets straight to the point. On the website visitors can stay informed with the latest news of the company and share pages that interest them with others via social media networks. The site has been created with the user experience firmly in mind, using the latest technology so the site is compatible with today’s browsers and mobile devices.
