Envirovent set for new releases at Ecobuild
Envirovent, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of sustainable ventilation systems, will be launching its exciting new energiSava 200 heat recovery product at Ecobuild.
The company will also be showcasing its innovative new Aug Vent app, which uses Augmented Reality to enable an interior designer or specifier to clearly visualise what an extract fan would look like in the home.
Lithofin will be showing two new products at Ecobuild 2016. These are in addition to the full Lithofin range of over 60 quality specialist products for cleaning, sealing and maintaining natural and artificial stone, ceramics and porcelain, quarry and quartz composites, as well as highly effective troubleshooting solutions.
Lithofin MN Colour Intensifier >W< penetrates into the surface of rough, absorbent natural and concrete stone, rendering it water repellent as well as enhancing the colour structure. The water resistance reduces the sensitivity of the surface, largely preventing staining and facilitating maintenance.
Lithofin SPLASH-STOP >W< is a hydrophobic impregnator that provides excellent water repellence and is solvent free. Quick and easy to apply, treated surfaces stay clean for longer and are easier to maintain. Water and dissolved dirt particles no longer penetrate the material and remain on the surface. The product is UV resistant and does not yellow.
This superb range is produced by Lithofin AG in Germany, an internationally recognised authority in this field, with impressive testing facilities and highly skilled scientific experts. The new energiSava 200 offers a neat and innovative solution for housebuilders to meet System 4 of Building Regulations Part F requirements. It is a high performance heat recovery unit that delivers up to 90% thermal efficiency. The energuSava200 is SAP Appendix Q eligible, making it an attractive choice for householders. The compact, lightweight design of the energiSava 200, plus its energy efficiency properties, mean it is ideal for small to medium size houses and apartments. It is extremely straightforward to install and capable of being fitted on the wall, floor or ceiling.
The energiSava 200 works by extracting moisture laden air and re- supplying clean, fresh air into a property to ensure a property is correctly ventilated at all times to control condensation and improve indoor air quality. Incorporating Intellitrac®
Technology, the unique humidity tracking
controls means the unit runs continuously on trickle, providing all year round healthy indoor air quality. No user intervention is required, as these clever automatic controls constantly monitor the average humidity level over a two minute period. This allows the system to sense any rise in humidity and increases the extract rate in direct correlation to quality and efficiently controlling condensation. Once the humidity falls, the extract rate tracks back down again, saving energy.
Fitted with an automatic mechanical summer bypass facility, it controls the temperatures of the incoming air on warmer days and the frost sensor protects the unit during the colder months.
