Chocolate Liquor is produced by grinding the cocoa bean nib (center) to a smooth, liquid state. The chocolate liquor can then be cooled and molded into blocks also known as unsweetened bak- ing chocolate. The liquor and blocks contain roughly 53 percent cocoa butter.


Sonoma, CA. ~ The lively and high-spirited Vintage House Singers will present their an- nual well-attended holiday concert, Christmas is Coming, on Friday, December 18th from 2-4 pm. Formed over twenty- five years ago by the legendary JoAnne Connor Metzger, the


baton is now being picked up by accomplished co-directors Kay Adams and Gay Weir. Son- dra Cooper will be the group’s accompanist. This festive pro- gram will be highlighted with a bell choir and talented mem- bers of the choir showcasing solo performances.
