Cover your hand (except the thumb) in black paint and press it on to a piece of white paper. Turn your hand so the fi ngers are pointing in the opposite direction, and press down again. You’ve made a hand print spider!
Add eyes with white paint and a black dot. Cut out lots of spiders, stick lengths of thread on them and dangle them around the room for Halloween decorations.
Serve guests Monster Punch. The night
before, fi ll a disposable plastic glove with water and some drops of green food colouring.
Tie a knot in the glove so the water can’t escape, and leave it in the freezer.
Make a bowl of punch using red juice such as cranberry or pomegranate, or a mix of both. Just before you serve it, peel the glove off the frozen green hand and add it to the red juice.
