Summer 2015, featuring show tunes from musi- cals mixed with popular songs. The current season fea- tures more than 60 performing artists, of which, nearly 25 people form the core cast of each


show. The majority of the art- ists have performed in national tours, or on television and in film. Returning and first-time cast members bring Broadway Under the Stars to life each season. “Our first concert was called, Dream the Impossible Dream,” Stubbins, reflects with a smile, regarding the show ti- tle, “our very first season, was an impossible dream. We didn’t have the money to do what we did. We didn’t have a market- ing budget. We just hired all these people and decided we were going to make it happen. And we came out of the sea- son in the black.” The sense of conquering the impossible and an attitude of unwavering de- termination are palpable when listening to Miller and Stub- bins discuss the “Community Spirit” revolving around Tran- scendence Theatre Company. More than 200 volunteers and numerous local sponsors along with the cast and crew of over 140 people help ensure TTC has a successful season. TTC offers a day camp in the summer called Transcendence Kids Camp with 60 kids ages 8 to 18 that culminates in join- ing with the cast on the main stage for a few numbers during the annual Fantastical Family Night.
