The Headford Strategic Growth team is Expanding!

Daniella and her team—Akeel, Tim, Paul, Damian, Sarah and Luke—are the market leaders in recruitment for the UK forwarding industry and are now, with a new bigger team of Executive Search Consultants, also concentrating on the development of the European market.

Why Europe? Who has what market share and how is it defined? The largest 3PLs won market share last year in European air freight: in the top 10, five outperformed the market: Kuehne + Nagel, Expeditors, UPS Global Freight Services, Nippon Express and Kintetsu, the latter showing a growth of well over 10%.

Germany and France in particular have the largest presence within Europe for this industry, so it makes sense to focus on these areas.

What’s next? Daniella has been working the BeNeLux market and the HSG team are now moving into France, Germany and Italy, to name but a few.

Our mission is to work very closely with existing and new freight forwarders and courier clients. We will assist them in finding key sales and operations staff, both junior and senior, for their growth strategy within the whole of Europe and in becoming the market leaders.
