Faster shipping with AEB


Freight soſtware specialist AEB (International) has introduced a new ASSIST4 carrier integration package. It supports manufacturers and traders in their transport processes from label printing to shipment tracking with ‘plug and play’ carrier connections that can be configured quickly and affordably and require


no further maintenance. There is a single interface for all


carriers, full integration


with SAP is possible and it can be integrated with any host system through Web services or even without a host system for field offices, suppliers or customers. It also makes it easier to switch to and work with new carriers.


INTTRA raises funds


Ocean shipping electronic marketplace INTTRA has raised $9.5 million in a strategic financing round with participation by equity firm ABS Capital Partners well as other existing INTTRA shareholders and management. The new funds will be used to enhance INTTRA’s e-shipping platform for carriers, third party logistics providers and shippers and to support the continued development of products and services.
