By Carmen Micheli

ness 5, and Fitness 10 meal plans consist of a clean-eating, organic, Non- GMO diet and are 100% Grain-Free, Sugar-Free, high in protein, and low in carbs. The weekly meals are crafted by trained E.A.T. chefs and are com- posed of the same “beyond organic” local ingredients, and freshly harvested organic produce customers will find at the eatery, and in the Harvest/Juicer Box Harvest2U home deliveries. What makes these meals superior are the local farm, ranch and artisan

sources. High quality and freshness, along with the integrity of all meal in- gredients and the people and land that produce them, are top priority. Pro- duce is harvested at the peak of ripeness at local Southern California Organic Farms, and delivered to Harvest2U customers and E.A.T. market- place almost immediately. The E.A.T. kitchen sources from: Winchester Cheese, Temecula Olive Oil, Sage Mtn. Farms, Crows Pass Farms, Mtn. Meadows Mushrooms, Brandt Beef, Sadie Rose Bread Company, Shelton Farms, Jidori Chicken, and only uses sustainable fish in the restaurant and EAT@Home Meals. Dan Henderson and fellow Team Quest fighter Ashley Yoder have been

following this EAT@Home Fitness meal plan since last year. Impressed with soaring energy levels and shorter recovery time, Dan has utilized the plan for other members of his teams during training and competition. To learn more about Cultivating Good Companies EAT@Home, Har-
