Buchi Z Pizza was developed so BPAA member centers could offer their customers a branded pizza with NO sign-up fees, NO franchise fees, NO marketing fees and NO training fees.

Challenge − Offering a consistent menu when food distributors make product substitutions and won’t keep your item in stock.
Reason − One bowling center alone can’t purchase enough of a product to insist that it’s always stocked. Centers are left choosing products that SYSCO has in stock rather than telling them what to stock.
Addressing the Challenge − Use your buying power – just like you do to get pricing. Centers that buy the same product can insist that the product is consistently stocked.
YOU Can Help − Bowling centers have their own unique menus. However, there are some categories that most centers offer. The BPAA Food Committee selected some recommended “Smart Buys” for you to try. If they work in your center, buy them consistently.
Solution − If enough centers purchase the selected items, we can insist that SYSCO stock these items for our bowling accounts, which eliminates product substitutions and allows you to serve a consistent product.
